How can I access Zorba investment properties?

Once your application is accepted, you and your clients can access Zorba investment properties using our website and mobile responsive app. You will also be notified automatically on new opportunities via email and text. 

What are my financial obligations to the program?

This is a pay-at-close program, which means there’s no obligation or up-front cost. Once a deal closes, you receive a 1% commission. 

What if Zorba isn't in my market yet?

We’re expanding to new markets all the time! If you’re interested in joining the Zorba Partner Program, we still want you to apply! We’ll keep you information on hand and reach out once we need your help.

What is the difference between a Zorba agent and a Zorba partner agent?

Zorba Agents are salaried employees who hang their license at Zorba, while Zorba Partner Agents stay at their current brokerages and can represent their buyers in transactions of purchasing an investment property on Zorba.
